The team at Bannock Express is always so amazing! Very friendly and hard workers. The bannock burgers and breakfast sandwiches are unreal, love their lemonade, and the dill pickle pasta salad is lovely. We occasionally buy a large order of bannock to freeze and then heat up on demand, it's fantastic. Highly recommend their catering too! Also, their commitment to community and feeding those in need shows where their focus and ethics are. Love them!

I got a bannock cheeseburger from their food truck at the Food Truck Wars and it was beyond delicious! The patty was homemade which really complimented it! SOOOOO GOOD!

Absolutely amazing food but extremely difficult to get as restaurant is often closed or out of ingredients.
Update: my coworker came in the day before and placed an order for the following day. She was given a pick up time. When she came in to pick it up she was turned away as there was no longer a record of it and the gentleman stated he didn't have the ingredients to complete an order for 4 people.
